These Terms of Service ("Agreement") are entered into by and between Pop Bingo Master ("Company") and you ("User") to govern the use of the Pop Bingo Master mobile application ("App").
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By using the App, the User agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions in this Agreement. If the User does not agree to these terms and conditions, they must not use the App.
USE OF THE APP
The User may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes by this Agreement. The User must not use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the App.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The App and its contents, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, and software, are owned by the Company or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The User may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or display any part of the App without the Company's prior written consent.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The App is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The Company does not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted or that any defects will be corrected.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The User agrees that the Company will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the App. The User's sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to stop using it.
MODIFICATION OF AGREEMENT
The Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement anytime by posting the updated terms on the App. The User's continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes their acceptance of the revised terms.
TERMINATION
The Company may terminate the User's access to the App anytime without prior notice.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between the Company and the User and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
